1. Let's meet.
What better way to get started? We'll have a chat, establish your goals and walk you through our platform. Our marketing packs are straightforward and is the quickest way to get to market. Our Relationship Manager that you meet will be working for you, all the way through. No personal assistants, no handing over to someone else, it's all us.
2. Same, but different.
We are still a registered real estate agency. We help you get the property ready for sale, we prepare the marketing material and we list the property for sale. You'll still have a signboard out the front, be listed on all the regular sites but, and this is important, we'll be promoting it to agents, as well as buyers.
3. Many hands...
This is where we are different. One agent usually only talks to one set of buyers. Some buyers don't want to deal with certain agents. It happens. So to give you the best possible outcome, we work with every and any agent and their buyers, considerably increasing the amount of buyers that see your property.
This creates some competition between the agents who then have to come up with the best offer from their buyers to secure the deal!
4. All's well.
After the inspections with agents and their buyers, we sit down with you and go through all the offers received. Whether you're a seasoned property professional or a first time vendor, together we'll evaluate the offers based on your goals and select the best offer for you. Once that's done, it's onto the settlement phase and the next chapter for your life.
